The Dual Cool Cooler came about in July of  2015, that's when I lost the top of my lunch cooler driving down the freeway.  When I went to replace it with a new one I said to myself I'm going to buy one that carries water and lunch without getting my sandwiches soggy.

My co worker and I always have to carry two coolers one for water and one for lunch into the jobsite. This becomes a problem to carry our tools we need to work as well. Needless to say I could not find anything anywhere that would fill this need. I knew there had to be a way.

I decided to make a two in one cooler that would work for my situation.

That weekend a few friends and I went out for a camping/ fishing trip. Like always by the middle of the trip everybody's food was questionable. All because it has been soaking in the melted ice it looked bad.

Like always us guys ate it but the women went on strike and we had to go get them fresh food or well you what would happen if we didn't.

This is when my mind went to work on how to solve this problem. I came up with a idea of a dry capsule that can't get your food wet no matter what!  Now this cooler has to keep beverages ice cold and food cold too. How to do this was cooling a dry capsule to preserve the food and not touch the ice from the bottom. Problem is how to retrieve beverages from the bottom without losing all the cold air every time you opened the lid.

The Dual Cool Cooler solves that problem. The larger coolers have a lid in the middle of the main coolers lid that serves as a porthole to the bottom half of the cooler. This is one feature everyone likes since you don't let out all the cold air around the dry capsule it's self.

The smallest cooler "The Personal" is just right for my lunch box. It carries a gallon of water and some soda in the lower section, The dry capsule carries two sandwiches, chips and a candy bar with room left over for my cell phone and other stuff in the upper half.

The larger coolers use the same principle with a few variations to accommodate their size.

With a lot of thought  and a lot of drafting the Dual Cool Cooler was born and sent to the US Patent office on the 1st day of July 2016.
